Being the best version of ourselves requires work and Michael Ash, LCSW & Associates are supporting Mental Health America in May as they to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and the balance between mind and body.

Each day during the month of May, Mental Health America will post a challenge on their website at and on their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.

The daily challenges will be designed to take relatively little time, and be accessible to individuals no matter their level of physical fitness of where they are on their mental health journey. They are asking individuals who participate in the challenge to share their progress and successes by posting on social media with #4mind4body.
